Rooms were dated with peeling paint. The bike rental service was a nice touch for exploring the area.

I liked the contemporary and modern feel to the hotel. I thought the location was fantastic; super close to where I needed to work and also very close to really desirable restaurants and bars in Philadelphia. The front desk staff was superb; incredibly friendly and outgoing.

I think the prices were a little high. $17.99 for a new release movie? Like, really? That is just offensive. Straight up highway robbery. In addition, prices on things that are very cheap elsewhere are much too expensive here. Soda, water, candy, alcoholic drinks, etc...

This place is in a fantastic location near the center of the mattress, Lincoln Financial Field, and several restaurants, all while being conveniently close to the airport.

Beds were comfortable and the place was always very clean

Every single morning of our stay the tv automatically turned on between 6:30am and 6:35, never at the same time. We reported this every day and while someone did come up to look at it on day 2 the problem was declared fixed. The problem was never fixed. The tv went off every day. Additionally our key cards didn't work two days in a row and we had to deal with extremely slow staff to get it back. The staff paid more attention to phone calls coming in than to customers standing in line directly in front of them. We were ignored while phone calls were taken. Bad service

The staff here were really attentive and took great care of us during our stay.

The staff were extremely and very helpful, which was a plus, since a lot of other things were not as good as expected. Staff gets an A+

Room carpet, stains everywhere, and I changed 3 rooms and they all had awful carpet stains. Wound up settling for the best of the bad carpet. The parking entrance and exit to hotel with room keys seems to have glitches, which cause time consuming backups while exiting hotel and/or when entering.

Spacious room with a big bathtub; had a great night's sleep 😊.

Near airport

Noisy airconditioning system. Pool seemed to be filled with people who weren't guests of the hotel.

The room here is modern with USB ports, a large window offering a nice view, and a bathroom equipped with all the essentials; the breakfast selection includes a variety of delicious options.
